Securing the future of organized labor through a consistently well trained, highly skilled workforce is everyone’s responsibility. Quality masonry construction doesn’t just appear. It is built by skilled craftworkers. Mentoring is the tool to get the job done!
As artisans of our trowel trades, it is imperative to effectively communicate to future journeyworkers the core values and procedures of the trowel crafts. Through mentoring, you will be shaping the future, rather than “letting the chips fall where they may”. The responsibility to develop skilled craftworkers that take pride in a tradition of excellence and are prepared to be the industry leaders of tomorrow rests squarely on the shoulders of today’s leaders.
Mentors are professional leaders in the workplace.
